There’s sadly only one thing to it: read it. Like. Discipline over motivation. But fuck it’s hard. You could try different techniques like active reading, note-taking, reading out loud with a friend, etc. But at the end of the day the only way to read something is to read it (or listen to recordings I guess). :(
