what i meant was that if a guy from são josé do rio preto (which means somewhere in the northwestern countryside within são paulo but outside the metropolitan area) can locate a FLORIDA PANTHERS JERSEY and then coincidentally get notoriously arrested for a series of murders on the argentinan border with a BRUINS one… then is it really so ludicrous that kids are rooting for random teams based on digital affections
