I just watched newsies last night and it was incredible! - Review:

ok the set was amazing! Lights and Sounds were spot on. Accents were a bit off, but most of the cast have really thick Filipino accents in real life so I would understand.

JACK KELLY, OH MY GOD. He is amazing!!! His VOICE!!! WHEN HE SINGS SANTE FE! OR ANYTHING! And he dances a lot in the show too, not like the Broadway production where he just stays at the side lol.

Crutchie was adorable and he was wonderful!

Their Katherine sounds so much like Kara Lindsay! She was incredible.

THEIR DAVEY WAS AMAZING AS WELL. I may have died when “GO AND LOOK IT UP THE POor guYS HEAD IS SPINNING”

I could go on and on but need less to say. It was an incredible show and all the 4 months of training turned out amazing. If you have a chance to see it, PLEASE DO, Search for ticks for Newsies Manila. I’ll post the full cast and audio soon.
