"If you want to give light to others, you have to glow yourself"💕Weekend vibes💕 ohhh happy day! Hitting my pause button & relaxing today. I'm over here ready to go on a quick road trip to visit some friends and celebrate the weekend! • So, one of the biggest questions I get is ... how do you stay on track during the weekend?? MEAL PREPPING! That's right! Being active is the easy part to living a healthy lifestyle, the hardest part is cleaning up your eating habits and sticking to them no matter what! I know from experience its easy to fall off the band wagon. But we don’t have to fall victim to our surroundings. I like to pick one day out of the week and cook all of my lunches and dinners for the entire week. Doing this allows me to be prepared and have my food at fingers reach whenever I am hungry (mostly all the time ☺️🙊🙈) • Ideally you want to eat five to six small meals a day every two to three hours. Doing so will keep your metabolism on track and burn off the foods you consume. So I'm over here with my meals prepped In my @fitmarkbags and ready to go! 🙆🏻. Now is your turn...
