Here is another reason why I am in love with Monat, they are gluten free! I just found out that I have to be gluten free and am very unhappy about it. But I was happy to read that Monat is gluten free. Until I started using Monat, I had no idea that haircare products have gluten in them. Gluten is seriously in everything and it is very annoying. I have noticed a big difference switching to gluten free and even my skin has cleared up so much. . But I need help! If anyone of you know any grear gluten free foods, recipes, breads or really anything, I would love to hear about it all. I feel so great since starting my gluten free journey but I also am at a lost for what to make or get sometimes.
