they must have fallen asleep sometime. she wasn’t sure who finally fell asleep first. but romeo looked relaxed and juliet gave him a peck on the lips, which seemed to wake him up. “good morning.” juliet’s voice even sounded hoarse. she knew she had to be quiet, just in case someone passed by. “you’re not a bad face to see, first thing.” juliet joked with him, nudging him with her elbow. “you know, you could stay. i’m sure my nurse won’t mind and i know she won’t tell.”

A part of Jessica wasn’t even that surprised that she was being stood up by the guy that she had been messaging on Hinge. She didn’t know if he was just one of those guys or if he had googled her. Because googling her was always a barrage of too much information thanks to her father’s position as a CEO and friend of ridiculously famous people. Including some major politicians in Japan. She sighed as she drank her wine, coughing slightly when someone that was absolutely not the person she had been talking to approached her table. “I’m just thankful anyone showed up at this point,” she laughed.

Sitting at a table in a restaurant working on a broken computer and wishing that he had everything that he used to work on Redwing and his other tech, Sam found himself annoyed and lonely. He used to have friends that could help, people that could figure things out, wasn't solely responsible for all his own repairs unless he trusted a stranger with his tech, which would never happen again. He had learned enough about trusting strangers with anything, much less something that held his personal information. He cursed at the computer as he realized he had messed things up rather than fixed them, smacking his hands on the table in front of him. He looked up and saw someone nearby, wincing "Sorry, didn't mean to rage for a second there." He apologized to the younger looking male.
