Fun fact! Game Master AU Illusion has silver colored blood! Nearly every pen that Sabre owns has ink in the same exact color, same amount of glittery-ness, same consistency... Hey wait-
The kitten sits, watching GM read this very dusty book.
The first page is written entirely in metallic purple gel ink. The handwriting is neat, although slightly smudged, and one or two misspelled words are scribbled out and rewritten. The letters are somewhat square-ish.
To anyone who may stumble across this, this cabin is a safe spot from any dangers both in this realm and the one above. The walls will withstand a hit from any creatures native to the nether, and this lava-filled place should be damaging enough to Rainbow and Light that they wouldn't step foot here. Feel free to stay and rest as long as you need.
GM hesitates for a second, seeing the metallic ink. Just for a spilt second is he reminded of the ink that Sabre has in his pens back in his world, but surely this isn't like that.... He reads it out loud, speaking in what sounds like the same tone that Wifis uses when he reads anything during his ARG videos. He clears his throat after, glancing up at GB.
"Oh cool... What's wrong with Light and Rainbow, though?"
"Maybe this world is like a zombie infection one?"
"Well- normally I'd call you insane for saying something like that, but it would explain the lab..."
GM nods, surprised that she's actually agreeing with him on something he's suggesting. He turns the page to see what else is written in the book.
The kitten turns its head and meows before looking back at the wall. This part of the wall is made of dirt, and there's a small pile of the soil fallen to one corner of it, as if the wall itself was scraped or dragged against something.
GB stares at the dirt wall for a moment, unsure if she should try dig it out or if it's not actually important. Honestly, she doesn't want to get dirt all over her hands since she doesn't have a shovel, so she chooses to not touch it.
"Huh... Weird."
Meanwhile, GM finally gives into temptation and presses the button, feeling immensely satisfied with this even though there's a chance that this was one of the worst mistakes he could have made.
The drips, one every few feet now, lead to a clearing, stopping where a small glowing stain on the ground is visible, as if whatever was leaking was set down and patched up.
Both of them stop again when the trail ends, GM glaring at it as if it had insulted him (I would say his mother, but he doesn't exactly have one). GB does a slow spin, trying to see if there's any other nearby clues for where this person could have gone.
"Well. Good for them, bad for us."
GB stops to look at him again.
"You could say that again. So, where to next?"
GM stops looking at the stain to give her a confused and stressed glare.
"Why do you think I'd know?"
"Seeing as you got us this far, I can only assume you've got an idea already."
GM huffs and puts his hands on his hips, not also trying to see if there's any more clues to where this person could have gone. Any broken branches, footprints, anything at all...
A small tabby grey-and-white kitten tumbles into existence, seemingly in the middle of cleaning some sort of dried, faintly glowing substance off of its fur. It looks around, confused at the sudden world shift, a small, metal nametag jingling as it hits the golden dandelion carefully woven into its light blue collar each time it turns its head.
(I feel like, with everything going on, at least one illusion is gonna want an emotional support animal)

The cat arrives in a strangely decorated, very messy room. It looks like one half of the room belongs to someone much more organized and neater than the other, who's side is a mess with varying half finished projects, different printed photos and crumpled up papers lying around, and lots of cut up string everywhere. There's someone in the room, currently working on muttering under their breath while pacing in front of what appears to be a conspiracy board.
He turns around at the sound of the jingling, taking a moment to look at the cat with complete confusion with their different colored eyes.
"Since when did we have a cat..?"
RD!Illusion calls down.
There's a set of stairs that lead to another part of the overhang, but you'll have to cross a tight ledge ledge to get to this side of it.
At around the same time, the kitten stands up in GB's hands, looking back and forth between her shoulder and the top of her head as it prepares to jump to one of them.
"There is-?"
"KAY"
GB looks at the cat, noticing that it's going to try to jump on top of her head, and stands still while frowning.
"Don't do it."
Back with GM, he now realizes that they have to wait GB to find her way up here and likely still doesn't have Elemental's trust. This is going to be Interesting for him.
"So uh..."
He glances off to the side, trying to think of what to say now.
"Origin was looking for you guys."
He says the god's name with such disdain that makes it clear he doesn't exactly like him. He's not sure if it's a good idea to bring this up, but they're probably appreciate the warning.
The kitten nuzzles GB's hand as she pets it, before angling its ears upwards to listen.
-=-=-=-
You found it?
He stands up a bit too quickly, wobbling and leaning agains the wall of the geode as he blacks out for a split second. Elemental manages to catch him before he falls over completely, but still eyes GM with suspicion.
And how do we know you're telling the truth?
Just then, the kitten meows up the ladder, loudly enough to be heard at the top. RD!Illusion's eyes flash over to the ladder immediately, but Elemental doesn't take his eyes off of GM, ignoring the sound.
GM nods his head in confirmation, wincing as Illusion almost falls over. He's concerned about this guy, but maybe the cat will help him feel better? Emotionally, at least- he doesn't think the cat can heal him or something. That would be cool, though.
"Well, uh..."
He glances towards the ladder, where the meow was heard from.
"Hold on."
Deciding that the best way to prove that he's telling the truth is to just get the cat in question here, he walks over to the ladder and calls down for his companion.
"GB! GET UP HERE, I FOUND 'EM"
From the lower level, GB walks towards the bottom of the ladder but doesn't try to climb up it. While awkwardly trying to cover the cat's ears while still holding it, she yells back,
"HOW THE F^CK DO YOU EXPECT ME TO CLIMB A LADDER WHILE CARRYING A CAT???"
"Oh."
He didn't think of that. He more or less makes a ":/" face and looks back towards Elemental and Illusion.
"Well- your cat is down there."
RD!Illusion is fidgeting with a chunk of his textured grey hair when he's startled by GM's voice, forgetting to let go when he jumps and accidentally yanking on it (the hair). RD!Elemental, meanwhile, stands up and defensively steps in front of Illusion with a suspicious look on his face.
Ow-
(Another-?) ...yes?
Why do you want to know?
The kitten's fur starts settling down as it's taken further away from the immobile undead.
GM swallows down air and hopes that he's not being too visibly frightened by Elemental. With a forced smile, he relaxes his posture and mentally figures out where to go from there.
"Finally! I must say, you are one difficult guy to track down! We found Fake Illusion- the cat- and have been trying to get it back to you."
Back at the bottom of the ladder, GB pets the cat in hopes that it'll help the kitty calm down.
"Hmm... I sure hope that we can find your owner soon... Actually- wait why isn't the madman back yet-?"
By "the madman", she means GM. She also looks towards the ladder, just now processing that he's not back yet.
