Updated the ref sheet for RD!Illusion! Wanted to have a ref with the curly hair, and also go a bit more in-depth with the glowy lines and add more freckles :3
(The heart thing isn't actually it's own separate object, it's just lines on his skin in the shape of a heart thing)
The kitten gives GB the stink eye as she reaches the geode, but goes back to pressing its face against RD!Illusion's. He picks it up and sets it in his lap, giving it a scratch under the chin before he pulls out his own leather-bound notebook, using a metallic red gel pen to write down a note about the Guardian.
Elemental, after hesitating for a moment, sits down close to RD!Illusion, keeping an eye on GB and tensed and ready to take action at any signs of danger.
Not even I know what caused it, it's as if this realm's connection to all other dimensions vanished as soon as he appeared.
He points towards RD, who pauses writing and looks up.
Not even I can get back to... wherever I'm from.
His blank nametag flickers and glitches slightly.
GB frowns, sad that she made the kitten upset. She gets over it quickly though, getting her attention stolen by their talk about dimensions and such. GM keeps taking notes, glancing up at Elemental every few seconds but constantly has his pen moving.
"You... don't know where you're from?"
GM lifts his pen up from the page and tilts his head to the side, curious. Since he was too busy being locked in on taking in as much information as he can, he didn't notice the nametag flickering. GB did though, and squints at it, uncertain if her eyes were just playing tricks on her or not. It seemed real enough, though, so she points at it and asks,
"Did- did none of you just see the nametag glitch out? It did change for a second there, right?"
"... What???"

RD!Illusion's nametag continues to faintly glitch, as if it's broken (possibly explaining why it's blank). Has it been doing that this whole time..?

He glances at Elemental, quick enough to not be noticed by him.
Supposed to be from the player world, but I... don't have many memories from before I came here, and I've been stuck here ever since.
He looks up at the mention of his nametag, now staring at GB.
It... looks normal to me?
GM flips the page on his notepad and keeps writing. He furrows his eyebrows as he writes and mutters something incomprehensible under his breath. GB doesn't comment on anything he's doing though, more focused on trying to figure out what's wrong with RD!Illusion's username.
"It's blank to me? GM-", she elbows him in the side, getting him to accidentally jolt his pen and draw a line across his paper. He glares at her, but listens as she continues, "it's blank to you too, right?".
He stares at her in confusion for a second, before she clarifies,
"His username, it's blank, yeah?"
He glances up at it, then back at her.
"Yes?"
"That's weird, right? I'm not going crazy?"
GM pauses again, before looking back to RD!Illusion. He doesn't say anything, but looks very clearly confused and suspicious of... something. It's unclear what, but definitely something.
The kitten seems preoccupied with trying to calm RD!Illusion down, as started using its tiny claws to climb up his tee shirt and nudge his cheek with its forehead. Luckily the fear in his eyes is starting to be replaced more and more with confusion as he continues to pet it.
I've never met anyone by that name, no. Nor do I know what the "spirit world" is.
This realm has been cut off from all other major realms for a long time. Even if...
Elemental shifts uncomfortably.
Even if something were to have.. happened, he never would have gotten the chance to meet him.
GB climbs up the stairs while she listens to Elemental talk.
"Why is it cut off? Did something happen?"
He pulls out a pen and a small, spiral bound notepad out of his coat pocket and starts writing something down. (Oh no, he's taking notes now /lh).
Now at the geode, GB stares at GM in confusion.
"Why are you on the floor..?"
He pauses his writing to look up at her for a moment, Instead of saying anything, he shrugs and goes back to writing. Although she still doesn't get why he's on the floor, GB sits down too.
Elemental eyes GM as he comes up, but does nothing to stop him.
Sabre... is that his name?
RD!Illusion gives a small nod, giving the kitten a small pet as it nudges into his hand. He speaks up, needing the distraction.
Who's the Guardian?
GB looks confused for a moment, having thought that they'd know who that was.
"The Guardian of The Spirit World? Do you not know her yet?"
"Wouldn't Guardian be a he here?"
"Oh, yeah, I keep forgetting that... Is the cat going to hiss at me again if I come up?"
She steps towards the stairs, but doesn't ascend them yet. She seems more concerned about upsetting the cat than RD!Illusion.
