🚲 Indian vibes 🚲 Work by @joachimromain & @theo_lopez_artist for #festiwall2017 in Ourcq Canal. The 2 artists have been mixing their different universes on this collaborative work and it works well! You can recognize Theo's abstract painting in the head of the Indian and in the color explosion of the wall. Joachim who is more known for mixing techniques by using paint & torn papers or billboards has used a different approach here: he mostly painted the wall - inspired by a canvas he made earlier (with Indians indeed) - and used just a few billboards well integrated in the wall that you have difficulties to notice where they are located. And actually it is done on purpose: having a lot of paper stuck on the wall would mean that the wall would last less time as people may be tempted to tear it. Let's see how long the wall will last.
