Meh.

I was really hoping they'd just make Cory the dad character and let him stop being their teacher. Especially with the way they entered and asked if he had "one more for the road," it reminded me of the BMW finale and I thought for a moment they might actually be moving away from their old teacher. But no. More of Cory. I'm sure it's easier for them to just employ Ben Savage as both the teacher and the father, but it's not very interesting to watch. I feel like I've seen everything Cory has to offer and he doesn't hold my attention. Cory is no Feeny. And even if he were, that wouldn't be particularly entertaining to see a second time. If I want to watch Boy Meets World, that's why I have all seven seasons on DVD. Do something different, GMW.

Not impressed with the supposed "non-triangle" triangle. Honestly, at fourteen/fifteen, maybe you could all just casually date for the time being until something else seems better. Maybe don't rush into big decisions right away. Just live life until you understand it better.

I missed Harper, but I liked the goodbyes to the other teachers and the new bench. Those were about the only things in this episode that I can truly say I liked. I was indifferent to most of it. GM First Date was a stronger finale.

I hope the show will get better in season 3, but I'm back to trying not to get my hopes up.
