Secret Santa!
Ah, how were they supposed to do this? Do they just leave the presents in the mailbox? In front of Yeongjin's door? Yeah, his door seemed like a better idea. He'd have to come out of his room some time, but he might not check his mailbox that often. Feeling oddly proud, the person leaves the USB and the dictionaries in a brightly coloured packet beside the door. It had been so cheap, and they had no idea what the other item on the list was, so they'd just brought a plate of brownies to compensate.
Ah, they really hoped Yeongjin liked the presents.
Pleased with the fact that he'd received his presents a few weeks prior to Christmas Eve, Yeongjin had kept them in the corner under the mini-Christmas tree he had set up with his brother. For the most part, he was pretty dull about the situation but from time to time there was still that little part of him that sprung to life whenever he glanced in the direction where his gifts were placed. The brownies were eaten, of course; they probably wouldn't be too fresh a week later so they had long been eaten and digested. Yeongjin had shared them with his brother, obviously.
Now that Christmas was nearing in less than a few hours, Yeongjin's curiosity had more or less taken over him. He could search up all the information in the world but he didn't have laser eyes so he couldn't see what was behind the wrapping paper. His curiosity eventually won him over as he peeled off the paper. The gifts that he asked for sat neatly in place save for the microchip he asked for, but he assumed not everyone was aware of the little tool so he brushed that problem aside; he could always get it later by himself. It wasn't expensive or anything and almost every hardware store had them.
In any case, Yeongjin became fond of his presents and mentally thanked the person who sent him the gifts.
