I don't mean to be rude, I'd just like a little clarification. Do you classify mentally disabled persons as "able-bodied", since they technically don't affect a person's range of motion? As a mentally disabled person myself, I'd hate not knowing where I stand with you. Again, I'm so sorry if I came off as ignorant or offended you in any way. Thank you for your time.

Personally, I don't consider the mentally disabled to be able-bodied because neurology is as physical as any other part of your body.

But this is confusing and a lot of people don't see it that way so most of time I try to say "able-bodied and neurotypical"
