Meeting Once More: Hayi x Hongbin
Hayi had always been competitive, always have and always will be. Be it in something she was only forced to do or in something she genuinely loved. She also had a sharp memory, vaguely remembering names or faces of the people she had once considered as her rivals. And today, was one of those days.
It was very seldom for Hayi to find one of those faces again, but her he was, one of the people she had once loathed because he was in the way to her being 'labeled' as the best. Having an inferiority problem was probably the main reason why Hayi behaved this way. Always being put down by her own parents and grandfather as a child, she had vowed to excel in whatever activity she would partake in.
She had noticed him when her eyes were sweeping the cafeteria. Her eyes zeroed in on him, ignoring her other friends as they chattered on and on.
