Woke up to this note from my BFF (who is a South Carolinian) - 

So I hope this makes you smile re: LA

Last year Columbia got hit with a flood that literally has never happened in recorded time. Roads are still being repaired or redone. Buildings still being torn down. LSU hosted what was supposed to be our home game with them. Their band Played our fight songs. We ran onto their field first like we were the home team. They put up billboards for us. They collected money and supplies at the game.So. USC equipment trucks are driving all over Columbia to pickup spots to collect supplies and money and whatnot. And then caravanning down to BR.

Slept for about 15 hours. 

Had such a long week it felt so good to sleep for so long!

Well today I get to watch my team hopefully not get eaten by bulldogs, but we shall see. 

Rest day because tomorrow is work day, have sooo much to get done!!
