We arrived at his studio in a state of trepidation, but when we played him 'Go Out, with its big, aggressive gestures, he started jumping around and dancing. 'Yeah, we've got him!' I thought, 'He's fallen for it?' He said, "Oh, shit, this is good. Now I'll have to write some lyrics." He was kind of pleased that we'd pulled it off, but he saw a lot of work ahead.”
