GOOD OMENS "Hard Times"
"I heard that you needed a nanny."
No because it's the way Crowley could've easily just snapped his fingers and made the stains disappear (see: his own fucking chest) but he absolutely had to blow Aziraphale's freaking stain away. And I am unwell.
I can't get over the fact how similar angel Crowley is to Eden Crowley. Before we saw angel Crowley, we didn't have the comparison and continuity, but we do now.
Just look at his hairstyle; his Eden hair is longer, as it logically should be because the angel phase was before the fall, but it's still wavy, and the swirl remains the same... 🥺
i thought this was very them

Awesome video on TikTok by @mirtosn, that shows how the finale goes against the meaning of season 1 and season 2.
Season 1: the fact that adults mess everything up is presented as a reason to fix things, not destroy them. Adam is shown as an example that one person (in the finale it's Crowley) cannot decide the fate of all existence, as someone who rejects the role predetermined for him — the destroyer and creator of a “better” world — and instead chooses to live an ordinary life full of ordinary little joys that make life and the world worth enjoying as they are, with all their flaws. And he does this thanks to free will.
Season 3: nothing can be fixed, everything is predetermined, there's no free will, and if the world is imperfect then it should be destroyed and replaced with a more perfect one.
imagine complaining about a series where you wanted the 2 main characters to get together, they GET together and you end up complaining anyways because it’s “not the ending you wanted”
like guys you got what you WANTED.. even if it wasn’t the ending we were expecting. pls,, i found the ending to be so very sweet how they were just sat in a back garden together, legit holding hands and crowley leaning on him… GUYS
EDIT : ok from the amount of posts i'm seeing, IM GONNA EXPLAIN WHY I SEE IT THIS WAY!
we're gonna start from just the ending, aziraphale and crowley are with god, talking face to face, after pretty much losing the whole universe.
PLEASE keep in mind they actually had many options to choose from with how they wanted it to finish off this so very true love story...
they could've either:
1. completely re-wrote the book of life together (which THEY WERE PLANNING TO DO PREVIOUSLY ANYWAYS).
2. completely chose another option (or aka, going back to normal)
OR 3. the one that they legit did anyways, which was for them to be in a WHOLE new universe, NO HELL, NO HEAVEN, And no inbetween.
they chose the third option, because they KNEW what was best for them. god even gave them the choice of everything going back to normal. they KNEW they didnt want that. aziraphale would be wrapped around heavens finger, and crowley would still be alone, feeding into addictions that were killing him.
AFTER they choose what ending THEY WANTED, you see 'metatron' in aziraphales book shop, crowley coming in, talking to him, buying a book.. and then leaving. 'METATRON' turns to aziraphale and legit tells this man to GO AFTER CROWLEY. aziraphale asks why.. yada yada, and then ‘metatron’ hits him with the “because you liked him before”.. it then dawns on aziraphale. OH METATRON.. he knew that they liked eachother in a different universe. and ofc he knew what he was doing even though he legit ruined their whole relationship dynamic in late season 2 😦.
anyways these r just opinions after opinions. i personally disagree with these complaints. this is just a whole concept of reincarnation and the moral of the story is, no matter how far they are from eachother, no matter how much they change, no matter how much universes they go through, they will always find their way back to one another. and that’s true soulmates.
