After a killer session on the step mill I came home, cleaned the entire house and prepped my meals for the weekend. I know they'll be lots of temptation this weekend to stray from the plan and with my meals prepped, I have no excuses. I normally have a cheat meal or two on the weekend but honestly I don't find myself wanting one right now. I'd rather stick to the plan and make more progress toward my goals! Here's what I made: Broiled tilapia with romain lettuce, golden tomatoes, and Bragg's healthy vinaigrette dressing Broiled chicken breast( marinated in lemon juice, red potato and steamed green beans Ground beef, baked zucchini squash and steamed butternut squash risotto I also prepped protein smoothie bags with peanut butter, protein powder, and frozen berries. Progress!

I started this weight loss journey in the beginning of August, when I weighed in at 97kg. Today I weighed myself, and I have lost 8kg! down to 89kg this morning!
