My ideal day would involve waking up before dawn and stretching for 5 to 10 minutes to to ease my mind, body, and spirit into the new day. Preparing myself a fresh cup of coffee, I’d play some music to fully wake myself as I sip on my morning beverage and rock my hips to the beat. After taking a warm relaxing shower and moisturizing my body, I’d put on one of the many outfits I put together in my closet for the work week on Sunday. Having already finished 1 to 2 cups of coffee, I’d pour one last cup into my portable mug, put on my shoes, grab my bag (already neatly packed with my belongings, including my gym wear the night before), lunch, and coat and make my way out the door to take the public transportation of my choice to work. In fact, it would be ideal if I had the option to walk to and from work because I lived so close to my place of employment. I’d get to work, do my joyful 8 hours of consulting and assisting with projects and make my way our on time. I’d head to the gym for an hour and a half to two hour session, which would involve running 5k on the treadmill in 30 minutes or less, weight training, stretching, and a 20 - 30 minute relaxation period in the sauna. After, I’d come home and quickly whip up a fresh delicious meal, followed by a shower, possible movie and blogging. Lights out around 9 or 10.
