Time Goat! Time Goooaaat!

His anatomy is a little odd, I know. I was trying to get it to flow right composition-wise. I got carried away with the horns too. He starting to look sheepish, that goatish.

He’s a Sea-goat, with time powers, and obviously based on the Capricornus beast. I’m trying to make him less overpowered and more dressed. For now, all I have for him is he works for September. Binding certain cursed literature in time to be analyzed thoroughly. He gets really strict, and straightforward towards strangers. He has a slight temper that he keeps in check, as he values logic over impulse. He only shows his playful side to his close friends. Like binding water and pretty fishies in stasis. Despite living in the sea. he’s rather fond of freshwater fish, like discus and gourami.
