These Lamb Burgers are a delicious twist on the classic burger. The combination of juicy ground lamb, creamy goat cheese, ripe avocado, and a flavorful garlic-Dijon sauce makes for a mouthwatering burger experience. Perfect for grilling season!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground lamb. 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put the ground lamb in a bowl and season it with salt and pepper to taste. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Put the lamb patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. First, split the hamburger buns in half. Then, put them on the grill and toast them lightly until they are golden brown. Put the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix them together to make a creamy sauce. Take the lamb patties off the grill and let them rest for one minute. Spread a lot of the creamy sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. Put a lamb patty on top of the sauce. Then add avocado slices, red onion, crumbled goat cheese, and fresh spinach leaves. Put the other half of the toasted bun on top of each burger. BURGERS with Lamb, Goat Cheese, and Avocado should be served hot.
