Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup strawberry preserves. 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 1 cup crumbled goat cheese. 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape on a floured surface. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C. Clean the caps of the Portobello mushrooms and take the stems off of them. Put the mushroom caps on a baking sheet with the gill-side up. Brush both sides of the caps with olive oil. Cut up some garlic, add some dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a small bowl. Combine well. Spread the garlic and herb mix out evenly on top of the mushroom caps. Put some goat cheese crumbles on top of each mushroom cap. Put the baking sheet in the oven that has been heated up and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are soft.
