TL;DR - The goats which were to arrive via cargo from Quetta are finally home! The train (Bolan Mail) was "only" four hours late, and arrived at noon, at which point I was informed that my goats had been offloaded at the Cantt Station (I was told City Station.) So we rushed to Cantt, and long story short, Pakistan Railway workers are awesome folks; the officers are absolute assholes. Had to set one straight.
