Granted there are a few ingredients or materials that would be hard to obtain, but she saves where she can.  Being a Miqo’te and one that has trained her own nose to caught scent of the more rarer herbs and plants, makes Mire an expert Botanist along with her nimble fingers thanks to the training in goldsmith and her other interests which requires a steady and delicate hand.  When it comes to mining, her sight is aimed at the finer detail, noticing a node that could potentially bring a bountiful harvest, but the limit stops there, she still is reading and experimenting on how to make it more efficient for herself. Less time mining but more ores obtained is something she strives for.   When it comes to fishing, Mire has only the skill of a Novice or an Adept thanks to a good friend - a father figure to her - that taught her how to survive in the wilderness as well as on a sailing ship. Please Welcome back: Mirelia Mewrilah!

Mire was my first ever made character on Balmung (transfered from excalibur aaages ago. around HW release.) and the first character I properly RP’ed in the world of Final Fantasy. After a while she went MIA and she has now returned - but she seems to have forgotten everyone she knew. 

Here’s a few bits and pieces about Mire: Mire is a Keeper that has a big interest in Gobbietech and their kind. She is mostly seen with a mask - but do not be alarmed! It is simply a breathymask prototype she is working on. Mire is just as social as a fresh potato, she doesnt speak much but allows her friend Brikfix (true name: Breakfix, but gobbie cant pronounce it well) to speak for her - which often brings more misunderstandings than anything else...

Her alignment is True Neutral and more focused on doing busydeals and trading knowings with uplanders. As you guessed thanks to her massive fascination of Gobfolk, she indeed speaks gobtalk.

So yes, if you see this masked fuzzyear uplander around, feel free to walk up and RP!

“Dear Grandmother.

Today I heard a strange booming sound echoing in the shroud, it almost sounded like the dragonkillers back home during the major attack of nidhogg’s army against our beloved city. Though what caught my attention was the light blue smoke rising through the treetops of the shroud not too far.

I asked Ser Apa for permission to search the cause of the smoke and was granted such actions. truth be told, dear grandmother- I do not think Ser Apa paid attention to what I asked as he seemed quite focused at the research he was doing.

I delved into the woods, sword at my hip and your son’s lance on my back. Prepared to encounter whatever monstrosity that caused the explosion and smoke. A little less than a bell later I found the source; I saw the light blue smoke’s origin.

Alas… only ruins met my eyes when approached the source. I investigated the area but was caught by surprise; a piece of burnt paper - at least that is what I expect it to be. I have made a copy and added it to the sealed envelope.

I have not had much time researching the piece if paper I found but I have copied the text as good as I could for now:

Mask - filter? - fit any race - cover nose and mouth - no blue cheese (with a strange symbol) ’=(’ - carbonweave? Dhalmelskin? - must fit well; no dangerair get into vital breathyorgans!!! Very important Last uplander no breathy after breathing dangerair downland!!

- Brikkfix gave advice; no testing breathmask-fixit on friends, only enemy - enemy of uplander also acceptable

It is strange to see the goblins so far south and deep in the woods. But reading this piece of paper it seems like it is not only one, but two of them.

I cannot tell what happened to the unfortunate souls… I found no bodies nor any clues of where they went.
