Goblin Rabblemaster (Secret Lair Drop) - Brandi Milne
Goblin Rabblemaster by Svetlin Velinov
Hello, Judge! Propaganda question. Player 1 has Propaganda, Player 2 has a Goblin Rabblemaster. P2's turn, they generate the token, and it's alive at Declare Attackers. Is P2 allowed to attack P1 with only the Rabblemaster?
Yes, they can.A player is never forced to pay a cost to attack or block with a creature even if doing so would increase the number of attacking or blocking requirements that are being fulfilled, such as in this case. In general, applying a cost to attack negates any requirements to attack.
He’s the master of goblin rabble. So... all the goblins, really.
It doesn’t take much to incite goblin rabble.
Rat Report Finished 2-2 last night, beating Affinity and Burn; losing to Hatebears and Tron. I had all the removal to take care of Affinity. Any creature that hit the board didn't stay. Pack Rat did the rest. Game two was basically done after a Shatterstorm. Hatebears wrecked me with a combination of Thalia, Ramunap Excavator and Ghost Quarters. That was just mean. I couldn't get a Blood Moon out before Thalia hit, which would've helped. I also messed up and didn't sideboard Leyline of the Void to stop the Excavator shenanegans. Bontu's Last Reckoning saved me in a game but it wasn't enough in the long run. Speaking of long run, against Tron I kept a greedy turn two Blood Moon hand that did nothing else the rest of the game. Eventually he was able to cast Karn and then Ugin off his "mountains" and stabilized the board. I died. I probably shouldn'tve worried so much about getting Blood Moon out and instead tried to get a Pack Rat or Rabblemaster out as fast as possible. The last match was basically so I wouldn't go home feeling like a loser. The opponent's plan was to burn my face as much as possible, but that left openings for Pack Rat. Once I got enough mana to cast one and copy it, he ran out of gas.
