during my library booksale a patron approaches with a stack of dvds

PATRON: dvds are $1 right?

ME: yes

PATRON: sweet I got 10 of them. You have a great collection

ME: sir, where did you get these?

PATRON: behind me

ME: Oh, those aren't for sale, but they're part of the library so you're free to check them out

PATRON: ...how was I supposed to know that?

ME: *stares at the three labels clearly saying the DVD is part of the library* Did you want to check them out?

PATRON: I'd have to return them though?

ME: ...yes

PATRON: nevermind

The word “Thug” irritates me

I really cant stand it as a woke person to be watching humanity repeat history and then want to call ourselves the smartest life form in the universe. Like does humanity as a collective not know whats going on? can they not feel themselves going back to a time that  no one wants to live through again. These days if someone talks to me about the Baltimore uprising all i hear is the word thug and normally im at work when this happens so i cant inform them about their wrong way of thinking. I hate the fact that we have to have another “ N word” in 2015 and i hate that i am literally watching people think basic things in regards to another race of people.

The beginning of the end.

this blog will be for my artwork that i create either at college or in my own time. i will only be posting once a week, on friday, depending on whether anything worth noting happens at any point in the week. the blog is mainly for personal reference in the future to see why and how i did what i did, but if you want to follow, feel free. :)
