I think there’s plenty of cookies smaller than him, but you make it even more so. Like you’re just tiny around him.
And then he floats??? Sometimes you have to puff up your cheeks a little to tell him how unfair he’s being right now to which he blushes slightly and chuckled quietly, slowly descending down on his two crispy feet again.
He likes how small you are, that he can wrap his cape around you and bring you into a hug from behind. He just has this urge to protect you from all the harms of the Galaxy. Literally.
Stardust likes to hug you often, your small size allowing him to do so easily and he feels like he can love you properly while you’re in this size. He genuinely thinks your short stature is adorable and what makes you beautiful in his eyes.

Shorter than him you say? He has an above average height for a cookie, so there’s plenty of cookies shorter than him. But you make the greatest armrest for him.
He teased you incessantly to no end about your height, always putting stuff off the top shelf on purpose like the little shit he is so you would come running for his help to grab it for you, or pretending he can’t see you while you’re literally right next to him.
Although, the moment YOU get teased by someone else for being short, he’s after them with his Licorice servants coming after them and make them regret ever teasing you about your height! Only HE can do that (hypocrite-)!
Licorice is pretty protective of you since your so short, usually having at least one or two of his Licorice servants around to stay on guard for you, like your tiny chewy bodyguards.

You thought Licorice was a nuisance in teasing you about your short height? Well Shadow Milk Cookie is a complete BASTARD, LITTLE SHIT OF THE CENTURY.
He will tease you relentlessly with every nickname related to your short stature: shortcake, shortbread, little muffin, mustard seed, he is a menace. Puts things on the high shelf WHILE you’re trying to reach for your things and his lanky and tall ass height makes you become his armrest tenfold.
But like Licorice, if anyone else teases your height… oh boy, oh boy will they get it. He will reign overly unnecessary chaos to them that you kinda have to stop him. This cookie has the audacity to then get all whiney and sulky about how that cookie was mean when he does the same thing, making him an even bigger hypocrite.
Overall, he’s the biggest hypocrite you’ve ever met but he’s your hypocrite. <3

The way you met was a little unconventional. You were busy visiting a grave of a loved one when you noticed him milling about and muttering to himself.
At first you thought he was visiting someone like you, but the longer you watched him, you realized he was upset at someone and taking this quiet moment to rant to himself.
You didn't want to be nosy, but your curiosity was piqued by this handsome stranger.
He was sitting on a bench alone, partially obscured by some bushes, which is how he didn't realize you were there, and was angrily scribbling into a book.
"Ugh! Stupid Pomegranate Cookie... I swear I'll show her..!"
You couldn't help but laugh at his cute antics, which drew his attention. He slammed the book shut and stood to attention, almost looking embarrassed, like he had been caught in the act.
"W-Who's there!? Come out right now or... or else!" He demanded.
Knowing you had got caught yourself, you stepped out of the bushes and greeted him.
He didn't seem pleased at all to see another Cookie and shooed you away, but you remained and asked what was wrong.
At first, Licorice Cookie didn't seem keen on telling you anything, but quickly you got his mouth running with all his troubles and annoyances.
You never had met a Cookie like him before, but one thing you knew for sure was that you were smitten.
He complained that someone had called him "Old rags Cookie" and all you could say was that you found him cool. Licorice Cookie blushed, completely taken off guard by your comment. But he puffed out his chest with pride after a moment.
You couldn't stay, though you wished you could spend all day with Licorice Cookie. At the end of your chat, you offered the idea of going on a date before you left, leaving him shocked. All he could answer with was a surprised "yes!" as you walked away.

Throughout the entire time he was getting ready for his date and right up until he was waiting at your meeting place, he thought it was a joke. (But he showed up regardless even if he didn't think you were serious.)
Licorice's eyes sparkled and his heart leapt when you appeared. From then on everything about you made him melt. He is a complete sap.
When apart, he's often on his phone texting you. The other Cookies of Darkness would often catch him smiling and giggling at his phone.

Licorice Cookie will often send his Licorice Servants to your place with gifts and anything you need. Expect a lot of flowers, chocolates, and other... gifts that are a bit occult in nature, such as voodoo dolls of your (his) enemies, spell charms, and mysterious, gooey potions.
Though he will want to brag about you to anyone who listens, will probably not bring you up with any of the Cookies of Darkness. He doesn't want to a certain priestess to poke into his business.
But he will talk about you for hours with Bat-Cat and Schwarzwälder, who have been sworn to secrecy.
Licorice's heart flutters whenever you use pet names with him or call him handsome.
Licorice Cookie would probably raise a Licorice Servant and let you keep it to use as your own personal servant.
Though he spends a lot of time with the other Cookies of Darkness and plotting evil schemes, he relishes in the time he gets to spend with you. And he tries to make sure its as often as possible!
Licorice Cookie will were a "disguise" of sorts when he's with you, as to not look too shifty, he leaves his robes at home and wears regular clothing to blend in with other average Cookies and wears his hair up.
Tell him you like his dark, brooding, and mysterious robes. They make him look so cool to you, and he practically melts in your hands after hearing this.
Insists on spoiling you and treating you as often as possible (despite being broke)
Made a doll of you and keeps it hidden. Its most likely a voodoo doll, but all he does with it is whisper encouragement in your ear and cuddles with it.

The main cookie I had in mind when coming up with this prompt was Licorcie Cookie (cause hes my favorite), but other cookies (like Pure Vanilla, White Lily, Espresso, Latte, Blueberry Pie, etc.) could be really fun! So, yeah! Other then Licorcie, choose your favorites/who you think best suits this prompt! I think you seeing Licorice Cookie in high regard when under his direction might leave him a little annoyed, but on the outside.
But it would be a big boost to his ego and confidence as he felt important to see that you’ve learned the many things that he knew when it comes to his brand of magic.
He’s actually brushing off Pomegranate’s comments about this, she thinks there were definitely better options to teach you then..Licorice Cookie. He’s not exactly that greatly competent if his track record was anything to show.
The fool she was being, Licorice will prove himself to you that he can be a grand instructor!
