Seriously don’t they know how to use a dictionary: it is when an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children. The important word being prepubescent.

This, exactly! But to be honest I don’t think they care. This is a powerful argument because no one wants to be called that (no matter how untrue) so they’re going to keep using it, while ignoring the irony that is them pretending to care about these struggles while not even caring enough to understand them.
