It's 7:45am in Cannes I had a sad but wonderful dream last night about @FrankRestaurant I was super old and the day came where I had to close the restaurant, and I was super upset as I was taking all my family heirlooms down off the walls, the pictures and old porcelain plates and old kitchen tools, the family photos, but miraculously people came and wanted them, all my oldest customers and employees were there somehow and they all wanted a piece of the place, any piece I would give them, and they were all crowded in the space like old times, so we dissembled the place, and with tears of joy in my eyes I gave them all out one nicknack at a time, to my entire neighborhood, and I said to myself as I woke up, if I ever have to do it that's the way I would want to go out, sharing whatever was left, as tribute and mementos, to keep the family ghosts happy and alive forever. #GodBlessFrankRestaurant (at Frank Restaurant)

From the moment I set eyes on you with three homeless guys camped out in front of you I just knew you were mine. You were the exact width I needed to squeeze a kitchen in, while still ending up with 25 seats and a bathroom. I could see every single table, client, and employee from my helm behind the 6 burner stove. Nothing could escape my scrutiny therefore I was in complete control of every diners experience. If you burped at table 7, I said thank you and god bless you from the kitchen. This coming Thursday June 16th it's the 18th Anniversary of my first born @FrankRestaurant and we will blow it out as usual for old times sake with free everything from 10:30pm on and lots of family.
