From the moment I set eyes on you with three homeless guys camped out in front of you I just knew you were mine. You were the exact width I needed to squeeze a kitchen in, while still ending up with 25 seats and a bathroom. I could see every single table, client, and employee from my helm behind the 6 burner stove. Nothing could escape my scrutiny therefore I was in complete control of every diners experience. If you burped at table 7, I said thank you and god bless you from the kitchen. This coming Thursday June 16th it's the 18th Anniversary of my first born @FrankRestaurant and we will blow it out as usual for old times sake with free everything from 10:30pm on and lots of family.
