Peppermint oil in water helps with the nausea and getting in a hot bath helps me. Sorry you’re feeling bad periods are the worst.

I’ve heard chamomile tea helps!! I haven’t tried it myself though. hot baths and hot compresses tend to help

Have you tried evening primose oil? It comes in tablets like vitamins and you take one once a day and then it helps decrease cramps and moodswings. It worked for me, sorry if it doesn’t. Hope you feel better soon ��

BANANAS! Idk what’s in them but it usually helps my cramps, and a heating pad!
