#Repost @runningdetermined • • • 2018: You have been a good year! So many major accomplishments and memories that 9 pictures just cant capture it all! The best thing I've obtained this year is a greatest relationship with God which I believe helped make things mentally and emotionally flow better in my life. The shift I started to feel in 2017 gained momentum. My word for 2018 and confidence and it was lived out truly. I've seen God move and I will trust and wait patiently for Him as I do my part. This was a major year of progress with school. It's hard to believe I actually conducted a study and other people will get the chance to read it! It took me out of my comfort zone, but that is where growth and perseverance happen. I thought I would be finished 3 years ago but I am grateful to be almost done. As for my fitness, I feel like this has been my best year yet since my college days. I completed 4 programs (80 Day Obsession, Shift Shop, and LIIFT4x2). These at home workouts work if you commit to them! I also hit the pavement over 300 miles. I ate better consistently. I had my Shakeology everyday and made an effort to eat junk moderation. This all helped to aid me in running some great races and a few victories. My family and friends have been with me along the way. I've made some great new friends too. The prayers, love, and support is so appreciated. I have no idea what 2019 has I store for me. I am expecting some great things and open. I also know I am equipped to handle the challenges that may spring up too. I know that all the things I've been through are preparing me for what I asked for.
