Are you queer and know about EU4?

I need your help! Im putting together a gay rebublic and want imput for queer ideas! Heres what I got:

Traditions:

Diplo rep - everybody loves the gays

Ability to raid coasts - we take your money but more importantly your sailors

Ideas:

Infantry combat ability - the band of thebes

Tolerance of heathens - aka the straights

Institution spread - because we kiki

Morale of armies - think pride

Power projection from insults - because reading is what???

Shock damage - we are shocking and you love it

Construction time - because lesbians and builder gays means infrastructure

Ambition:

National unrest - we wish

I want feedback, are there better ideas? This is for a campaign im starting for my youtube channel.
