We've designed and sculpted many ceramic items for the Disney theme parks over the years, including tiki mugs. Our first "Rongo" drink bowl, based on the "Number One Kite Flyer" of the Enchanted Tiki Room, was originally designed in 2001. Kevin sculpted the master in wax for Tiki Farm to produce for Disneyland. Unfortunately, Tiki Farm's manufacturer accidentally destroyed the sculpt while making the mold, so the piece was cancelled. Seven years later — in 2008 — we brought the concept back for the Tiki Room's 45th Anniversary merchandise event at the park.
