Tony rolled his shoulders, his forehead pinched, trying to relieve some of the tightness in the muscles there.  He was considering getting up to find an ice pack when he heard the door slide open behind him.  Tilting his head back, he squinted and tried to make out who it was.  "What can I do you for?"

"Dr. Foster? Hi, Dr. Annabelle Riggs. It's an honor to meet you."

"Hi Dr. Riggs, you look--like someone I know. Let's put my hypothesis to the test. Shake my hand." She waited to see how strong the grip was. "Just remember, I'm ageless but uh, pretty much mortal otherwise."

As a male, a warrior, but one without personal honor or any particular use for the concept of an afterlife he will never see, Daken didn't particularly care for Brunnhilde. He considered sexism to be the absolute height of stupidity, but only because he detested and disdained everyone equally.
