If it wasn’t weird enough to suddenly come back from the dead in a totally unfamiliar body, doing so centuries after your original life certainly made things even weirder...but it wasn’t all bad.

For one thing, Godric had to admit that she quite liked modern fashion...though it also tended to be rather distracting.

Like right now, with a woman bent over in front of her, her tight shorts making her ass look amazing...the clothing people had worn in the time of Godric’s first life certainly didn’t show off their bodies like this...

The New Adventures||Godric + Open

Godric had been up in the astronomy tower preparing for a spell. If the signs were correct then the planets were aligning with certain celestial bodies. Salazar had left and as far as he knew he was dead and Helga and Rowena both died of old age with Helena also dead. Those he cared about most deeply were already dead. It was a terrible pain. That was until he noticed the alignment when he could try one last spell and he would die one way or another. Godric was a fighter and he wanted to live in another age. Perhaps teach again as he had been doing and see the advancement of his world. Even if he only lived a short time as the strain on his body may be too much He wanted to travel through time.

Pulling out a vial of potion after having one teacher there to move his body to his chambers should he fail and should he succeed he was to say that he left to travel the world before the end came. Drinking the silvery liquid in one gulp he looked up to the stars he looked down and holding his wand in hand as well as his sword. he began brandishing his wand as sparks came out and with a step off the ledge he began falling and falling as the sparks surrounded him and then he was gone. The wizard did as was told and as far as magical record was concerned Godric Gryffindor left Hogwarts and was not seen again.

Over a thousand years passed before just above the ground by the astronomy tower a silver light appeared and Godric landed on the ground. He looked around seeing it was dark and almost exactly as he had left. Though the courtyard seemed a little different. He looked around for the teacher he had left on the ground as he looked around. It seemed oddly quiet. The centaurs were not chanting to the moon. Then he raised his arm and was going to stretch out a little but then he saw his skin he was tight and not wrinkled. He ran his free hand over his face now this was not a side effect that he had comprehended. The spell had not worked exactly as he had thought/ he was in the same place though young again. Now it was time to figure out when he was.

“These are...new,” Salazar mumbled, hands moving to give her breasts a light squeeze, “Godric, what’s going on?”

Godric frowned as she looked down at...herself, “I...have no idea...but it is still rude to read people’s minds without permission, Salazar...” Godric mumbled, before looking over at Salazar. Salazar sure looked awfully different than the last time she saw her...but she supposed she did, too.  Then she looked around. They appeared to be in Hogwarts...but it seemed to be rather different, too. The last thing she remembered, she’d...well, she’d been on her death bed. So...had somebody brought them back from the dead?...in new bodies?

“Did you seriously spike my drink with Veritaserum?” Salazar sighed, looking at her drink, then at the two others sitting at the table with her. She recognized the taste...unfortunately, the ways Salazar knew how to resist Veritaserum kind of required preparation before ingesting any, “Here I was thinking we were just having some drinks as friends.”

“I thought it was about time you told me what you know. About us returning, I mean,” Godric said, glancing between Salazar and the other person there with them, “Figured we could use a bit of company while we did it. I know you know more than you’re letting on, Salazar. You know what brought us back.”

“Of course I know,” Salazar rolled her eyes, “I’m not an idiot. It’s rather obvious if you’re at all familiar with dark magic.” Salazar grinned a bit as she looked at Godric, “Then again, I suppose you know next to nothing about dark magic. And you’ll have to ask more specific questions if you want me to give you the answers you want. Veritaserum only makes it so that I can’t lie, it doesn’t force the truth out of my mouth.”

Godric’s Winterfell (GOT Starter)

His surroundings were a small clearing with a strange carving on a tree that appeared to look like a face. There was a body of what looked to be an old man leaning against the tree with a chain around his neck. Godric used a bit of magic to bury the body properly before walking through the woods. Finding himself outside of the remnants of a castle. The walls cracked and broken before heading to the gate seeing the wood burned and open. He walked through the gates as the wind shifted sending a chill down his spine. The place seemed abandoned which would serve his purposes. He would have a home in this land he could use to practice new spells. It would take him weeks to properly make this castle pristine by raising the walls fixing broken towers and the living chambers he was sure was a disaster. Though in comparison to Hogwarts this castle was much smaller. He spotted a banner of a wolf and liked the design and though he would prefer a lion the design was all over shields in the courtyard so he thought might as well. Godric pulled his ancient wand and pointed it at the main gates The gates began to repair themselves and with a few extra spells The gates were finished and better than ever. The gates would never fall again nor breached. On the inside as well as the outside he placed the wolf design split beside both sides. over the next two days leaving the gates closed he rebuilt the walls.

Godric worked every night as not wanting to draw too many looks though knew it would be a matter of time before the locals found a castle rebuilt and not only to what it was but finding the castle better than it was when the stone was sealed with magic. He was walking on the new stone battlements over the gate enjoying the cool air when he saw a rather small group of people headed his way he leaned against the stone watching their approach. This would definitely be interesting.
