Gods!Au Janka:

Zanka, the Flame of Life and Jabber, the Kiss of Death. They always meet on battlefields (wastelands of war, serene deathbeds in hospitals); Jabber whisks those whose time is up away, Zanka reinvigorates those who still have the will to live burning in them (often, it is Jabber that wins).
