Every year for the past few years I have started a plan in the Bible app to go through it over the course of the year. Needless to say I never make it. It was especially tough last year as I felt I was moving further away then drawing closer. I found this Bible over the summer in a box in my basement. Not sure when I picked it up, but it has made it much easier as it is dated with the month and day. It makes it easy to follow along. 1.5 years ago I was standing in Wellspring Engelwood’s sanctuary and a young couple waked up to me and introduced themselves. “Do you know an older couple who could mentor us?” she asked. Not sure I should admit to the older couple moniker I answered, “My wife and I would.” Many delightful hours later, I was privileged to perform the wedding ceremony of Natalie Gale and James Lockhart in Steamboat Springs.
