I reread Good Old Fashioned Love Letters over the weekend, for the first time since I wrote it!
This post isn’t really about anything in particular, just that I enjoyed it more than I thought I would (I usually hate reading my own writing past the editing phase), and that I’m glad to have started writing fic last year. It’s been a lot of fun 😊
Also, as much as I enjoy writing angst (from a craft perspective, for me personally, there’s more room for creative language and it’s fun to orchestrate the proper emotional beats), I do have to admit it was fun to have some good old fashioned (excuse the pun) light heartedness. Maybe I’ll finally finish out the GOFLL-verse with the sequel…
