what is your source on horizontal rain in wales i am curious to read more about it♡

i mean basically it’s often windy at the same time, and the rain is often light enough to be blown sideways so it can fall at an angle of less than 45 degrees because of this. “horizontal” is taking a bit of a liberty to be honest.
