True, January is over and many people are throwing their New Year’s Resolutions out the window. If it seems so much harder today to keep your resolution than it did several weeks ago, you’re not alone. The 19th of January has been determined to be the day when people are most likely to dump their New Year’s Resolution. Affectionately (or perhaps begrudgingly) termed Quitter’s Day, the 19th serves as a benchmark for resolution progress. The pull to give up is present, and it can be hard to find the motivation you need to keep going.
