Today I had my first therapy session. I'm someone who understands the benefits of therapy but I've never thought I need it but in reality we all need it. Taking a step like this was huge for me and I want to share it because it may help someone think differently about it. Mentally I am drained. Obviously it was only one session and there was a lot of shit I've been scared to talk about and face. But I'm open to changing and even if it's hard as hell because I believe it will be worth it.
