My starting stats
Height- 5'9
Weight- 230
To maintain weight it says eat 2100-2300 calories a day. Eating 1600-1800 per day will get a loss of 1-2lbs. I really want to lose 3 lbs a week for awhile, since I'm considered obese I know it is possible.
My lowest weight was 130lbs, but my goal now is about 150.
