- What inspired you to start skating?
I fell into derby by accident. Started outdoor skating for fun, then joined NPT never looked back, the rest is Derby history.
- What do you want to achieve as a skater?
To have fun, improve my skill and be the best I can.
- Who's your skate idol?
Every woman I skate with. This sport
takes commitment and sacrifice, it's not easy when you have to balance work and family.
- What are you skating on at the moment?
Riedell R3
- Describe your roller derby journey.
I put skates on. Learned a lot from everyone, worked on my strength and stamina to improve my game.
- Why NPT?
Love my derby family, each player encourages and supports each other for the improvement of the team. There are no individuals in NPT just players who gel together and have fun.
FUN FACT!
I broke my arm when I was a kid climbing a tree cos I didn't want the boys to get the better of me!!!
