         ‘ why are you so bad at keeping a consistent relationship? ’       as the sun sets, silence washes over them like a cold chill. michelle tries to not be so … blunt, however  —- there is a point in which exhaustion hits it’s peak, and she can no longer bear to watch her older friend’s ( acquaintance, perhaps? they only meet at bus stops ) romantic life disintegrate every other week. it gets to the point in which it is depressing to witness, and admittedly it’s none of her business — but michelle jones is nosy.   ‘ plus, whatever happened to that one guy you were talking to? or the girl a month ago, from like, hooters? you go to places like that, right? seems like you. ’  she pauses.  ‘ doesn’t it get sad? ’
