Goldzilla is doing well in the display pool at my job, along with the stowaway goldies (Meatball, Marinara, and Pesto) and a bunch of sunfish.

i got to see Goldzilla again today :] apparently it is from a river around here- there's a lot of common carp and goldfish in the waterways, both of which are not native. the guy who knew where it came from said that it was just a goldfish and that they can get that big in the rivers, but it has to be at least a foot long, which feels big even for a feral goldy. wikipedia says that they typically get up to 8.7in but sometimes reach 16in. it doesn't have barbels, but it does have a pretty sloped forehead.
