Something that's not specifically BB/Rae but it's common in many fics, and it is one of my personal faves: Star/Rae and BB/Cy bonding?

1 (Terrible) - 2 (Bleh) - 3 (It’s okay, I guess) - 4 (I like this) - 5 (YOU CAN PRY THIS FROM MY COLD, DEAD HANDS)

Characters are more than just their own struggles and personalities. They are built from their relationships with those around them, as well. So exploring said relationships is always good and fun, no exceptions that I can think of. 

Plus, having only two characters interact in a multific story can get dull, especially if it’s a long fic. So I know I always enjoy bringing in the other Titans in my stories! ^.^

Jealousy trope (NOT TRIANGLE), both before and after they begin their relationship?

General, non harmful jealousy is cute. Especially if it happens while pining. I love the idea that these two are oblivious to how the other feels, and just pine and be jealous and sad over in a corner until the rest of the team just pushes them together ‘cuz dammit, are they blind?

BB comforting Rae is probably the corniest trope around, but how about Raven comforting Garfield?

I love these sort of tropes simply because I like seeing the different ways they comfort each other. I feel like over time, they’d really learn how to understand each other in a genuine sense, and as a result, just know how to make each other feel better.

Plus, it makes for some great fluff. And angst.
