Tuck that right arm
Actively working on keeping the right arm close to body during my swing this week. Noticed the drives have not sliced as much. Tends to fade more or even draw a bit. Ball striking is off but adjustments take time.

Morning Work Outs
I need more commitment to staying in shape and getting my body to a more tone and flexible state for golf. I've always been a stocky guy for the majority of my life. However, there have been times, where I've been more tone and in better shape.
I noticed that in golf that you don't need to be the most athletic guy to be the best players on the tour. However, it doesn't mean it couldn't help you be a better player if you took better care of your body. So let's see where this goal will take me by the end of the summer.
THE PLAN:
Cardio: I'm planning on waking up earlier in the mornings to do a light work out for approximately 30 minutes initially. Hitting up the tread mill or taking sumo for a morning jog. Not sure how he's going to feel about that, but we'll give it a shot. Then I plan on mixing in the swimming and insanity work outs as my body gets more adjusted to waking up 45 minutes earlier. I think 3-4 times a week is going to be my goal since I'm already playing flag football two days a week with fast movements and body bursts. Wish me luck!
