I remember someone made a hc about the blot leaving scars/ blackness on the skin and i thought why not to have some of the blot changes stay?
As some of you know – Ellie's blot is based on the horned king, and insted of the usual magic girl transformation she shedded her own skin aka reborned as a homunculus mixed up with the blot. (An old post of mine)
After the blot was defeated, Ellie's horns did stay, alongside with the blackness on her hands (palms completely black and fading up, showing thin lines of the veins). Her blackness can fade away, but only if she wouldn't use the magic that was left after the blot. If the would use it, tho, not only her hands and neck would blacken more, but would result in an unpleasant throw up with ink
Also I'll note that both Eli and Deich ( @justdeich ) are able to use magic only after the blots, but not much.
There's still a fresh idea, that because of the shed Ellie isn't the same one from the arrival to Twisted wonderland, but rather mixed up with the horned king's bitchy personality
Ellie tried to cut off, file and even use magic to make the hornes disappear, but the next morning they reappeared again (im just lazy to remember how to properly draw them so every time new is the way)
