Just have to give another shout out to the folks at Gone Pie, who wowed me again with their gluten free AND vegan cranberry-raspberry cheesecake. This thing was wicked awesome, as us Vermonters say. I honestly don't understand how they manage to make all of their baked goods taste so amazing yet still be healthy. The cheesecake was made was tofu, I believe, and the crust had a buckwheat-base. All organic. Mostly using natural sugars. I just don't get it... how did this taste so yummy?! What kind of magic do they have up their sleeves?!

Gluten free or Vegan New Yorkers - GO GET SOME GONE PIE! Or buy me one of their monthly treat plans and I will love you forever.
