Go is a first year at UA high. Her hero name is Eyestrain. And her quirk is to create sensory hallucinations in other people!

Description:
🛐 She can manipulate the five senses of other people by giving them a high stimulus. Each sense is activated differently.
🛐 Sight: by having her opponent look at a very bright or saturated color or light she can then implant visual illusions in their mind. The brighter the color and the larger portion of their field of vision this color takes up, the faster and more reliably she can activate her quirk.
🛐 Hearing: creating a loud, sharp, grating, or any other sound that can make a person cringe will activate audio illusions.
🛐 Touch: by making physical skin on skin contact with a person she can make a person feel things that aren't real.
🛐 Smell: by making a person smell a strong odor, she can make them smell imaginary scents. She has found smelling salts work best.
🛐 Taste: strong flavors can help activate her quirk to make people think they are tasting something other than they are. Bitter, salty, spicy, and minty flavors work best.
🛐 If there is a filter, such as sunglasses or hearing aids on the target, her quirk is ineffective. At this moment she can only use her quirk on a small handful of people at a time, maybe up to four if her adrenaline rush pushes her to the brink. Typically she will only do one at a time. The affects of it will wear off after the illusion she has imagined ends. It can also be forcibly broken by her or the victim by making eye contact.
Background
She comes from a home that isnt unreasonably strict, but she has very few allowances since her dad is a police officer and it has always been important to him to keep up appearances. She has always been…. rambunctious, and hard to manage, but when she hit her teen years she began to seriously push back. She didn't want to be part of Captain Hikawa's Perfect Poster Family.
She started skipping class in middle school, as often as she could get away with. And then came the annual family photo, which she skipped in a heartbeat. Her dad literally sent patrol cars to find her, which she was doing her best to avoid. As her luck would have it, she ran into someone to help.
He was tall, and older than her, he wore jewelry and a coat with spikes, and he had golden hair, and the air crackled with energy around him. And he pulled her into an alley and helped her ditch the cops since he had experience doing that, and introduced himself as Tento then took her somewhere to lie low for the rest of the day. It was exciting! And him and his crew were cool! They were high schoolers and they treated her like a peer and she felt invincible. She started running with them all the time.
Over the next year she got more and more involved with the teen screwups. She got to know them, even started dating Tento secretly. They mostly got into petty crimes, like graffiti, small thefts, public quirk usage. She got into alt fashion, bleached her hair, butted heads at home and at school. She felt like her new friends understood and accepted her while everyone else wanted to lock her in a cage forever.
It came to a head when Tento convinced her to run away with him, and she jumped in head first without looking. They stole a car and made it a whole four days before they got tracked down. They tried to run, but when your dad is a cop he pulls in some extra favors.
They were surrounded, no way out. Well, they didn't have a way out. But Tento could escape on his own. So he did. He used his Lightning Run quirk to incapacitate the cops covering the rear and he ran for it. He didn't hesitate, even knowing that his action injured Go as well. He just left her there rather than risk getting himself caught.
Go was arrested for running away, grand theft auto, vandalism, and petty theft, by her father, personally. It was a mess, but the worst part was that her dad spent the entire drive to the station lecturing her about how bad this would look on her record and to his social life, and how he couldn't believe his own daughter was a criminal and how he didn't know what he'd do if his own blood turned to villainy.
She was mad because she felt like she'd been rejected and abandoned by both her dad and first love in the same day. So she decided "Fuck you i'll accomplish more than you ever did" and being a hero seemed the only way to one of her cop father.
So she worked extremely hard to be a accepted to UA so she can be something better than what people expect from her.
